IncuCyte
The IncuCyte S3 System is a real-time cellular imaging platform designed to monitor a range of cellular behaviors, including cell health, viability, migration, and invasion. This system allows for continuous, non-invasive observation of living cells within a standard tissue culture incubator, enabling dynamic monitoring of cell-based assays without disturbing the sample.
Equipped with 4x, 10x, and 20x objectives, the IncuCyte S3 offers flexibility for various imaging needs, supporting both phase contrast and fluorescence microscopy. With dual fluorescence channels—red and green fluorescence—the system enables simultaneous detection of multiple cellular markers and processes. This makes it ideal for a wide range of phenotypic assays, including those investigating cellular migration, proliferation, and invasion.
The fully automated nature of the IncuCyte S3 system ensures high-throughput imaging and data acquisition, providing valuable insights into cellular dynamics with minimal user intervention. Overall, the IncuCyte S3 enhances the study of complex biological processes, allowing researchers to track and analyze cellular behavior in real time.
